Robert Ahdieh, Dialectical Regulation

Robert Ahdieh of Emory Law School recently published Dialectical Regulation, 38 Connecticut Law Review 863 (2006).  Professor Ahdieh is one of a growing group of scholars who advocate the rejection of a dualist view of federalism and advance instead a perspective that focuses on the interaction between and among federal and state regulators.  Ahdieh’s most recent article focuses on securities regulation, but the interactive perspective he advances is relevant to a number of areas of law including corporate, environmental, and drug enforcement to name a few.
